Michael Martin
President/Owner: Michael sets the strategy, vision and direction for Martin Security Systems. He leads the senior management team, builds the culture of the company and makes strategic acquisitions. He is a resource for information in a very fast paced security industry.
Cory Peters
Operations Manager/Master Electrician: Cory is responsible for branch operations which includes; monitoring customer service levels, system installation and repair response levels and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Cory oversees Martin Security Systems customer care center, centralized service dispatch, and customer retention.
Brad Ryczek
Commercial Sales: Brad is an industry veteran who has 14 years experience owning and operating his own security firm. Utilizing creative sales solutions Brad is able to provide customers with affordable systems that work. As a commercial sales consultant Brad listens to understand what the customer needs and then designs a total security solution for today and tomorrow.
Johanna Peterson
Office/Service Manager: Johanna has 13 years of management experience in the areas of scheduling, purchasing, invoicing, service dispatch, and customer relations. She has a vital role in maintaining the balance at Martin Security Systems.
Dana Marcek, CPA
Finance Officer: Dana is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of Martin Security Systems company operations. She provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.
John Harrington
IT/Technical Services Manager: John has 35 plus years of security knowledge and is responsible for all information technology and network services for the organization. He provides strategic direction to enhance and maintain critical information systems for the enterprise. Other areas of responsibility include central station services, customer relations, and technical support services.
Jason Karnz, Nicet Level I, II
Project Manager: Jason designs and engineers fire alarm systems per NFPA and State electrical codes. He is involved in sales engineering and project management. His responsibilities include: installation, service, customer service, central station maintenance and technician training.
